what's a "Rock & Roll Chef?" (if you
ask a hundred people, you'll get as many answers.) Being the
owners of the registered trademark, though, gives us exclusive
bragging rights to our own definition of "Rock &
Roll Chef" (and The
Rock & Roll Kitchen®, too).
The Rock & Roll Chef is a professional musician and chef;
But while others may cook and play, we take it to
a higher level. We don't cook just one dish (like some blues
guy we've seen who only makes gumbo);we
make everything from cassoullets to piccatas to gazpacho to
recipes & cooking shows for
kids. |

On the music side, this isn't some gimmicky part-time
wanna be lamefest, with hacks who can barely navigate
